With FNAF 3 on the horizon the story we have right now might be completely thrown off, I mean cmon its a haunted house attraction instead of a pizzeria now. Anyway the new animatronic thing is nightmare fuel.

I agree though, our previous plot ideas have been tossed out the window in regards to recent news of 5NAF3. That animatronic though, nightmare fuel for sure.

Guys, I think I found a pretty big secret. Look at this post by Scott on the Steam Greenlight page (I blocked comment names for security)

If you look closely, some of the words have double letters where they shouldn't be. If you take all these and put them together, these are the letters you get:
MYNAMISSPERINGTRPA
Rearrange these letters into words, and you get:
MY NAME IS SPRINGTRAP
Let me know what you guys think this means! Is it the name of the new animatronic, another one Scott isn't telling us about, or something else?

I told my brother (he is a big FNAF fan too) about what Mr. @Duke_LaRue has found. We talked about what it meant and then came up with a interesting theory on this message.
First of let me show Scott's secret message: MY NAME IS SPRINGTRAP
Now think for a moment, what in FNAF springs up? The Puppet. It seems Scott is giving us a message about the Puppet, not the new animatronic. "Ruby you're a nub, it's name is the Puppet not Springtrap." Some might say. True a lot of people call this animatronic the Puppet or Marionette but those are FAN MADE names, Scott never told us the real name of this animatronic. Because in custom nights in FNAF2 you cannot customize the Puppet's intelligence so we really don't know the name. Even the phone guy doesn't say specifically the Puppet's name, he just calls it "that puppet thing". And I think the Puppet is Springtrap because he is somewhat of a "jack-in-the-box" that springs up out of his box to go after you. Even in his attack he is springing at you. Also in the game you are basically 'trapped' in Fazbear's Pizzeria until your shift is over. And in FNAF2 if the music box stops the Puppet will go after you, so he is like a Springtrap. I don't really know these things for sure but they sound right in a certain way. Scott is a pretty sneaky man.

But yes he does get credit for coming up with the Puppet being Springtrap. I just took what he said and gave it some proof to back it up. This what normally happens, he comes up with a theory (with my help) and then I find the proof to back up the theory(with my bro's help). Or we just discuss FNAF theories that other people have. If we are not bickering or fighting(I have gotten into fist fights with him before) that is. :tongueout:

His jumpscare is Foxys jumpscare, sort of springing at you.
 
Good news kids, the game has been released!

Now, I've been on the 5NAF Wiki for the past few hours, and I can honestly say, Springtrap is the least of your worries. Balloon Boy now has a jumpscare, and looks way more freaky than Springtrap. To top things off, there's an easter egg that shows Springtrap without the mask (if you even think of putting up that image on here, please put it in a spoiler and title it with a warning for highly graphical content, it's high up there on the nightmare fuel, I'm talking, high-octane, premium grade nightmare fuel, check the Wiki if you don't believe me).

People have already been spewing out LPs and Markiplier's already got footage of the demo out. If you're willing to try the game (and I dare ya to not vomit, or crap/pee your pants in horror), all the best to you. You shall be tramuatized with a fear of animatronics for the rest of yer lives.

Well I just guessed, since I couldn't find that picture anywhere. I checked Steam Greenlight and the Wiki but didn't see it.

I believe the events in this mini game, had transpired in the first game of Night 4, during phone guy's call. Implying that phone guy is purple guy
