Weapon skin glitch

So I stumbled upon this weapon skin changes or what ever. All I know after you died the skin is back to original.. Well from what I've seen.
As you can see you can see the person holding the emporer's blade has some sort of glitched skin.Also in this picture the person is holding what seems like the crystal fast death. It looks like his skin on it.
So have any of you guys encountered this before?

I've encountered this before, yes. However as long as it doesn't affect the gameplay, I'm fine with it.

That's a glitch for when you take damage. Yes it's happened, no it does not concern me.
