Sniping: 7 (I used the Headhunter a lot in my early days)
No-Scoping: 8 (It was my prime tactic before I learned how to thunder jump)
Mid-Range: 4.7 (I can't aim for my life)
Melee: 6 (I don't practice it often, but I know the swing speed for the swords)
