Should I go for Windows 8 or 7?

Well, to start this off, I'm a Mac user, and I am thinking of getting a Steam account on my Macbook pro after hearing about a lot of the brilliant games on Steam. But, the most annoying thing about this is that the majority of games I want from Steam are only PC compatible. So, what I am planning on doing is to install Windows on my Macbook pro and also to install an application that lets me switch between Mac and Windows.

The only thing is, should I install Windows 8 or 7? I would actually prefer to use Windows 8 since it is the latest version of Windows, yet I've heard that quite a lot of opinions are divided about Windows 8. What do you guys think?

7! Its easy to use. And less annoying and glitchy.

7 is actually better. If you've ever touched Windows XP or Vista in your life, Windows 7 will be easier for you to navigate. Although if you're used to Mac, Windows 8 might be easier to use.

The general consensus among gamers too is that Windows 7 is better at handling games. So I'd probably recommend 7.

Windows 7. It isn't as buggy as windows 8 but I'd recommend windows 7 since it's quite easy to get used to... From my experience.
