Well I wouldn't call it scamming I think it's just a glitch.(Not Clickbait)Well what happened is I bought a 20 dollar pack in game and it didn't give me my gems D:.I hope Rilisoft notices this because I'm dissapointed I also hope they have English speakers too

You can try contacting Rilisoft and see if they can help. But I will warn you, they have this reputation for not giving players their gems even though they paid for them. Sadly a lot of players have been "scammed" by this. Either Rilisoft doesnt have time to respond or they don't even care anymore.

If anybody could answer this, can you contact the app store/Google/Amazon/Windows (?) to ask for help if you have contacted Rilisoft but they didnt respond or give you it?
