Problem with armor!!

(Theory) Since the new mini update had a new feature which is something to do with the ranks, you have to get to a higher level which I'm guessing is rank 16 to equip it because as some weapons like the high voltage you need to be level 16 to equip it.

Really i didnt know that anyway why dont you wait for the bug fixes update
