-Free Kills
-Practice With moving targets
-Laughs Moments , when they call you Hacker , Cheater , Noob (when the noobs are them)
-Trolling
Bad:
-Hardscoping like hell
-Spray (Shoot Ranage Everywhere)
-Insults,Disturbing Stuff from Underage kids grew too fast
-Spam
(there're more good and bad things playing with noobs but since i'm sleepy o3o)

Its a bad thing because these noobs can report you for "hacking." I stopped playing with noobs since.

Play with noobs all day every day every time...I don't see no downside to it if you have a guaranteed win and if they don't know how to report you or use chat
