Never received winners set

Hi I bought the Winners Set yesterday and got charged for it but it never arrived, I've tried the restoring purchases button in game and restarting my Ipad but I still don't have it.

It's probably a glitch in the store. Try telling @RiliSoft to fix it or something.

Yea Rilisoft might be able to fix that. i personally don't get the winners set i usually just get the stuff separately so i know for a fact that i got what i wanted or needed.
