My game keeps crashing on the loading screen at 19%

Any updates to this? Mine loads fine but my son still crashes at 19% every time. He's on the latest iOS and has uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

RiliSoft has never replied to my email, it's been about a month. I had to take drastic measures and I restored my device. This fixed the problem

This would happen on IOS a couple of updates back but they fixed it.

I have same issue but my sticks on 96% tell me what to do !!!
