Warehouse Assault - cs_assault from Counter Strike
Mafia Mansion. - Probably cs_mansion from CS too.
Pretty sure there are more map references.

Is Atlantis BIOshock reference???

Atlantis is a BioShock 1 reference to the city of Rapture.

Inside the code is a Matrix reference I believe. But one thing that doesn't add up is that it was there BEFORE the Matrix I came out, so I don't think it's intentional.
