Here are my tips for dominating in Pixel Gun 3D...
First off, you need a comfortable button layout that fits you. Here's mine...

As you can see, the buttons are arranged a little differently. For example, the reloading button, and the aiming button are both switched, and the important buttons are bigger than the unimportant buttons.
Second off, if an enemy is jumping all over the place, use an area damage weapon. These weapons have proven to stop jumpers in their tracks.
Thirdly, use the sniper ONLY if someone isn't moving as much, or haven't noticed you.
Fourthly, if an enemy is shifting, shift in that direction the enemy is moving in. This increases the chance of hitting, and killing the enemy.
Fifthly, always look at your surrounding, and predict where the enemy might be. The next time you are in a map, study where the spawn point is, and seize them. Don't spawn-kill though, because that's just unfair.
Sixth off, if an enemy is gear-spamming, this may be the work of some hack that allows the player to bypass the message when you attempt to modify your device. Report them, so they won't bother you anymore...
Seventh off, throw gernades when an enemy is in a tight space (like a small room), and you'll most likely get them by suprise. Also, you can use gernades to move the enemy out of that area if they notice it (which can be useful at times).
Eighth off, use your melee weapon to navigate the map faster than normal. This can also make you a harder target to snipers, and gunners.
And finally, use the sounds you hear in-game to predict where the enemy is. If you think that gun noise wasn't your teammate's then it is most likely an enemy. Also, those red skulls that appear on the map are revenge skulls. This usually appears when that enemy kills you, and that enemy kills one of your own. Those can be used to track down the player's location easier, and faster.
I hoped this helped a little bit, or a lot For you.
