It isn't as OP as it was before. Back in the old days, the thing that made it OP was it's pin-point accuracy. You could basically shoot far away and get kills through walls SUPER easily. It then received an accuracy nerf, which in my opinion made it more fair. Now it will do great at close range, but its huge recoil makes it harder to shoot at a distance. Because of this, I've seen far less people use the Laser Minigun. So therefore, I don't think it is not OP.
