I'm getting the sense some banned users still monitor the site, hence why some results were poor in this survey.

Even if they're limited to guests, they shouldn't be able to monitor the site or rejoin as a different person.

He was a mod for a while. Gave a few warnings, but he wasn't bad at all. He became a mod during the time Goldman27 / Bronzium (At the time, he was Goldman) was on holiday or having a break or something.
