The rules are easy.
You say, what you want to have. It does not matter, nif it is real, or something else.
This guy wich post after you, need to say "Wish Granted" or "Wish not Granted"
After this the other guy who said "Wish Granted" or not, need to say his own wish
So anotherone need to say "Wish Granted" or "Wish not Granted"
Like this

Person1: I wish i became a doctor
Person2: Wish Granted. I wish you would never be one.
Person3: Wish not Granted. I wish i would have a magical blue bread
...
Go on! ;)
