Crash :c

The fact it's an Acer alone is what irks me, since Acer's machines are usually pathetic as far as performance goes, same with lifespan. In any case, my only guesses to your solution are this:
  • Your memory cache is too full. Clear out the memory cache on your device and see if this resolves the problem.
  • Restart the device. If you haven't tried it immediately after powering on your device yet, I would recommend this, as not only does it refresh the memory cache, but it also helps to remove any background programs you may have had running.
  • Not enough space on hard drive/storage. In MANY cases, games will cease to function properly due to a lack of sufficient storage space. PG3D takes up near 1.0GB on my iPad, but I always leave 1GB free on my iPad as breathing room for the program. I would recommend getting into a similar habit if you wish to play any other resource-demanding games.
  • The program is too much for the device to handle. I am aware the device was released last February, but technology is changing at a constant rate (more so for the mobile market than the PC market), so your device might not be able to handle the game.

Gearwolf and Brooke are Moderators of the forum, and are Android/Amazon device users. If what I have just recommended does not help you out at all, I'd recommend messaging them for help.

Like Aero said above, the update might require more RAM. Though again, it's probably best to talk to Gearwolf about this.

Hmm, then the issue could be the processor. What type of processor does your friend's device have, compared to yours? It could be the processor that is the outdated hardware here.
 
I have the same table acer iconia a1-830...pixel gun 3d ran until the update to the new version...now it crashes before 1%. Please help, my 8 year old is missing the game
