Can't buy gems

When I was going to buy gems it says unable to purchase this is for an app that was purchased by a different Apple id to buy it with this Apple ID buy the app PLZ HELP

PLZ delete the app then make sure to redownlad it from the Apple ID you are trying to buy gems from.

You need to use your old Apple ID.
