Back after not playing for awhile. Has survival changed?

So I played survival yesterday and the map has changed too from the yellow sandy one to random different ones. Also I noticed I don't get extra coins everyone 20000 points? Explain pls.

A few updates have changed Survival pretty drastically. The map is random each time, and the most you can get is one coin per round, no extra coins for any point milestone. I know it's silly, but there's not much we can do.

Then is there any way to actually earn coins? Cause my iCloud save or something was old so I was missing some stuff and coins

You can still win a few from normal battles, but your best bet for a lot of them is Co Op Survival.

I personally think survival if you were good was to op and it needed a nerf but you can't get many claim from survival the way they did it
They should make it 2 coins each round
