Aww, how adorable.
Anyways, I would recommend putting on a fake smile and making yourself useful to the people who dislike you. By the time you know it, those people have your trust and you can kidnap them, tie them up in your basement, go onto the deep web, create a poll on how they should be killed and livestream it. Make sure to hide your face and any personal connections, however.

There are some pretty simple ways to do this.
Keep them from falling asleep, give them hallucinogens and killing people they care about are all pretty common ways. I am surprised common sense didn't dictate this for you.

There aren't any commonsensical ways to do so, thus those methods would consume too many resources.
If you mean force against a specific person, then I suppose you could leave notes and the like.

Don't forget, along with that fake smile you will need fake confidence accompanying it, however if you have confidence in the smile I can assure you that will translate to what they view as confidence in yourself.
