Yeah, yeah. I know this is a classic, but it works. The key is not to think of general happy stuff (like bunnies, rainbows, etc.), but stuff that makes you personally happy! For me, it'd be mint chocolate chip ice cream, snow, drawing, and this little video.

Before you get angry, just be like, "I'm too cool to be angry, so I won't." This has worked a surprisingly large amount of times.
- Be chill
