1. The Beginning
Yes this part is where people fail already. Please, please, PLEASE don't be over confident and go to multiplayer. I mean sure you might get a couple of coins but the. Your ratio of wins to loses is about 4:13. I strongly suggest that you GRIND for you stuff. Yes, I said GRIND...the most horrible word to every gamer alive. Let me assure you though that it will be worth it. How to grind coins you say? Well first off, finish the campaign. It will give you an abundant of coins, as well as gems when you level up. On top of that you get 2 decent free guns when you do so (One of these guns are crucial in the beginning stage, I'm looking at you Alien Blaster. Wait Alien Pistol? Whatever...). Once you're done with the campaign I suggest you buy either the Marksman or the Rambo. Marksman= More speed Rambo= Pure power. If you think you chose the right one for you, then start stick to guns like that (Example: If you like Marksman, when you level up and get better guns, buy guns that are speedy like the Marksman). Of course I'm not saying you can't screw around whenever you feel like it with different guns but yeah. By now you should have 3 guns. Next I suggest you invest into armor. What's that? Now coins? Not a problem! Rilisoft has made Survival Mode. It's the crappiest way to get coins, but if I were a beginner then I would just go to multiplayer. If you lose 3 games in a row just go back to Survival and grind for coins, invest in better armor and guns, then go back to multiplayer.
Edit: If you think you can get the feel of doing multiplayer early on and you seem to see that you're good at it, start going to multiplayer. It gives you more exp and coins then campaign, but you should still complete the campaign sometimes (not neccassary if you're a natural at multiplayer). Credits to @Dban1
2. The Rise of a Pro
Ahhhh yes, this is where ALMOST everyone is nowadays. First off you've graduated from Noob College!! Congrats!! Now you might have noticed that there are other game modes then just the classic CTF, TDM, and DM. Now you're wondering how would I be pro at those? Well, you're truly will list all of the tips and Twix below (see what I did there?).
1. Team Deathmatch
EVERY SINGLE DETAIL COUNTS!!!- That tree on your left, a tank behind you, 1 person jumping down onto you, another trying to snipe you. A pro player needs to know where everything is, even hiding behind a tree that you have noticed later in that game could score you another kill before you die. Make sure to predict where the enemies are. Do NOT rely on team mates to help you. If you want to win, you need to get your hands dirty, a lot.
Geometry- This basically applies to all gun fights from snipers to assaults. Most of the time your opponent will keep jumping, you NEED to predict where they'll be next or where they will land. Shoot at that spot a head of time, yes I know this is hard, but it will pay off and be easier later on. Calculate where YOU will land when park luring across maps or in a jumping fight. This will give you a hint of where you need to turn to shoot at your opponent.
Tactics- DO NOT BE A FREAKING HEAVY FROM TF2. Being sneaky in this game is the best way to kill your opponent and, you won't take that much damage. Here's the catch though, you have to think on your feet. If you're about to die, what do you do? Throw a grenade? Or keep shooting? Maybe rush him/her and start circleing? It is YOUR move that decides who lives in that gun fight.
Others- When dealing with a glitcher, use a PSR to sniper him/her. Always predict where they are before shooting.
Do not stand still unless trying to draw an enemy out. Standing still will give them the chance to sniper you. When drawing an enemy out, they might be stupid and use an assault rifle of some premium weapon, if they're smart they're going to use a sniper that DOSEN'T leave a trail (YES IM LOOKING AT YOU PSR). But all of that doesn't matter because of the kill cam. You'll find out exactly where they are.
THIS IS A ROUGH DRAFT. Tell me if I need to add anything
I will add more to this thread today or tmr. Till then stay tuned...
