These are just minor improvements for the shoutbox. Hopefully you consider putting my ideas.

I believe the SB is a widget, meaning it was developed by someone else, and that VashX merely employs use of it over the forum. VashX therefore has no real programming abilities for the widget, unless he happens to have the source code.
In any case, your only bet for this working is if you contacted the guy who developed the widget in the first place. Otherwise, it ain't happening.
Well, I don't see a problem with adding the Underline Button. The only thing I find odd is you wanting to add other Mute and Private Messaging options when the forums has already provided you with the 'Ignore' and 'Start Conversation' Options when you click a user's name, which is basically the same thing.These are just minor improvements for the shoutbox. I found it is funny, but it's true.Well, I don't see a problem with adding the Underline Button.
