Powerful gift...underestimated?

If one equips the kings crown, the skeleton lord cape, and the gladiator boots, the powerful gift kills opponents in one headshot, with a fire rate that is 4 times faster than a PSR or headhunter, yet I never see people use this weapon combination.
 
I think it's quite underestimated. I think that the mere fact that it has a 4x scope makes it better than other pistols, since you can use it for long range. The 2-headshot kill is just a bonus for me.
 
I would rather not equip all power items just for a one shot kill, I would rather use defensive upgrades. I'm actually surprised this gun isn't removed yet along with Deadly Candy.
 
Powerful gift is a good gun, but there are so many other weapons that are more powerful that it makes it unneccesary. Besides, secondary weapons are usually pulled out when your stronger primary weapons are out of ammo, not the other way around. Besides, the Deadly Viper trumps the Powerful Gift in a duel now due to its fire rate/power combo.

Unless you're playing against good players. Nothing trumps a 2/1hk with that rate of fire(well, except for the guerilla rifle with hs). Deadly Viper is a 3 hit at best. That bullet makes all the difference.

Doesn't that make it a downgraded Guerrilla Rifle M2? It isnt capable of a 1hk ever unlike the Guerrilla Rifle or Powerful Gift.
 
Never mind the 2-headshot KO, the powerful gift has a 4x scope. That makes it extremely versatile, as you can use it for both close quarters and long range. The only other pistols with scopes are the Amania and Deadly Viper, and those are measly 2x scopes and they are relatively weak compared to CFD, which doesn't have a scope at all.
 
but using damage boosting accessories it can kill in one headshot, that's why I initially mainly used the guerilla rifle m2
