pixelgun crashes at homescreen

Every time when i start pixel gun 3d, i see the loading screen (rilisoft) and then it crashes. I deleted it and re-installed it, but that didn't work. (My device is: alcatel one touch pop c7)
And android 4.2.2 i hope that someone can help me cause i really want to play the game!

Hold the power button (for at least 3-5 seconds) > click Turn Off and Restart > wait 10 seconds to 1 minute > press & hold the power & home button for at least 3 seconds until it shows a screen, then wait at least 10 seconds to 1 minute > check if it worked.

Oh, i know your problem, you need to delete the game and re-install it. Believe me it will work because ios had a glitch with the update

But does that delete your progress (guns and accessories)?

When you re install the app you should have everything except skins and cape designs (idk if purchases stay). But your guns should still be there.
