how much do capes actually giveyou?

i really wonder how much do capes give your weapon a buff?
they dont say the exact number for something like the damage for the storm trooper cape if any one knows please answer

If it is fully upgraded it gives around 10%, which is better than the 5%from the custom cape.

Compared to the price of the capes I thought that they would give more.. Actually I do not think that anyone besides rilisoft really know exactly how much the capes gives, so my answer to you is based on that I have asked the same question :-)
 
So I actually do not know exactly how much the capes gives extra in damage, but when I asked the same question a couple of players said that that is was approximately (sorry for the grammar) 10%..so if you use for example the secret force rifle with a lethality on 26,you end up with a lethality on 28.6 if you use the stormtrooper Cape fully upgraded.. If you use the custom cape with 5% damage (26/20=1.6+26=27.6)..not sure my calculations is correct though :-)
