Hitman Cape Worth it?

The back up damage this cape provides is nice, but its more of a secondary reason why id get this cape. My concern is if the armor regeneration is even worth it? Ive heard its one thing of armor every 12 seconds?
I'd definitely be upgrading it to Up2, as well so please factor that in. Thank you!

Although it is a backup damage boost.
This cape is primarily used for Snipers/Assault Snipers, or For people who go into long-term play.
Regeneration of Armor takes quite a while, but if you're camping/defending, its a great cape to have for it's role.

Well that's good, seeing as how thats my play style!! Thank you for your input!
 
I use it most of the time,not for the armour regeneration,wich is a joke btw,but for the increased damage it gives on the secundary weapons.(dual hawks 2 headshots on a fully armoured player;dual machine guns 4-5).My advice is to buy and upgrade it only if u have one of these 2 weapons
 
Hitman Cape is likely worth it because of the damage boost it gives you when revolving around Backup weapons. Aside from that, you might as well get killed even before your armor fully regenerates.
