Does anyone else have this problem? [SOLVED]

Hello,
I am a new player to the game. But I'm not able to play it.
When I downloaded the game, it,loaded a little bit slowly.
When I opened up the game, it loaded and then stopped at 99%. I waited awhile, but it did not load. I deleted the app then retried many times, but did not work. After 1 week of trying, it didn't work.,I am using an IPad mini. Can anyone help? Anyone having the same problem? Thanks!

My iPad goes through the similar thing. However, it usually takes a few minutes for it to go past the loading bar. My advice to you, is to let it go to the 99%. If the walking character is still walking, then it's still loading. If it's frozen, then it might be lagging, just keep waiting. Basically, unless the app crashes or it stays frozen for more than 5 minutes, then it's just the regular loading process. If it does crash or stays frozen, then I am unsure what the situation may be.
 
Your device may just be one of the few not supported on Pixel Gun. Perhaps you should go on the official webpage and send your problem via the Suggestion button.

Someone told me in the chat that his brother is able to play on his IPad mini. I'll try what you suggested. Thanks

The download was a success, but when he starts his Pixel Gun, he goes through the 5 minute loading screen that we all see when we start playing. However,he gets to the end and his IPad can't handle the computing. That's why I chose a device with a quad processor.
 
Perhaps,you'll have to wait out the loading screen. You can use the minutes on your iPad as a timer. If you have to take more than 10 minutes loading, then there is no doubt that you have a problem with the app itself.

I'm not sure, myself. It has just started working all of a sudden. Thanks for all of your help!

let it load. It always stops at 99 and if you leave it for a second it will work. Of not keep in on 99 and make yourself a sandwich

You're right, the problem is resolved. However, I will not lock, I will merely rename the topic to have [SOLVED] in brackets, so that users can view this post to see the solution, or they may post if the issue persists for a different user.
