Clan creation help

I was wondering if someone could advise. I tried to make a clan today but when I pressed create it just dulled out then did nothing, it allows me to create again but the same happens. I don't get any error messages or name in use text.
I am level 3 so not sure if that is the issue? Im also playing on an android tablet.

It is just that the friends and clan list is bugged for everyone rite now so the best thing you could do is wait until a bug fixes update

In the past for me the clan creation worked. The clan feature is a new feature so its still buggy for some people. Unlike some people they can make a clan no problem. So I would say wait for a few days and do the clan creation.

I believe this thread is 2 months old... Lets lock them up... .-.
And if your reading this... @Megalord , Your lvl 3, thats fine but I think you will need more lvl to get clan creation.
