The dragon is fast, but I'd have to say the Bug, since it can warp.

Vegito(DBZ)- He's the most powerful canon DBZ character (I would say SSJ4 Gogeta, but GT is non-canon)

Deadpool- He's got A LOT of weapons, plus he's bad@$$ too. Also, he can't die because he was cursed to LIVE forever.

Saitama (OPM)- I don't even need to explain.
