Zombie Apocalypse [RolePlay]

Samuel Aiken was a genius of Pattern Recognition who developed one skill that surpassed all others.
He could copy anybody's skill in anything perfectly after one minute of watching, a skill he called "Perfect Copy."
He could also copy specific abilities, but without watching them for a full minute he could merely perform the ability and would not have the same skill level as the performer. He called this "Rough Copy."

From the Patterns in Ecology he observed, he predicted a Zombie Apocalypse a day before it began. Because of his Boredom he decided to not share that prediction, as he figured the Zombie Apocalypse would be exciting, and didn't even buy any weapons.
Now, running from a horde he is running near a Theater, sees a bottle of beer in the coat pocket of a corpse along with a lighter and cigarettes, and loots them all. Now the horde is starting to surround him.
(Look buddy. That's a bit op dontcha think? I mean like there is one guy in our group that can do a and c, one guy who can do b and e and then one guy who can do all of the above. It removes the need for some characters and devalues them doesn't it?. I'm not saying remove it. I like that you took such direction with your character. But I all I want you to do is to tone it down a bit. )
-he grabs the nachos and slowly moves through the corridor-

~pulls out the baton and follows Edward~ Oi, Ed, you gotta plan to deliver the cure?

"Sort of. Well I though after getting gear from the pawn shop and some food, we would take my car and go to the disease center I spoke of. There I can have The apparatus and the research of the scientists here to try to find a cure. But we have only around 2 weeks. This is because in two weeks the entire military will most likely be eradicated. And with no military, law or government, we cannot mass produce or spread the cure as quickly.

(Ok, I can't do multiple skillsets at once. I can only use one person's abilities at a time. How about that? And maybe I could add a slight hesitation factor also?)

I suggest that you try something different. Because copying someone's skills is.... Eh... Just do something original :3

"Then what're we waiting for? Let's get this $#!+ over with,"

"It will take us days to find the materials we need for the trip. One more to get there. A few days for me to assemble the cure. And around a day or two to find some sort of military." -shadow approaches a fence with a door. As he is trying to open it he sees the horde. -
"Be quiet. We need to attract as less attention as possible."

(Ok, screw it. I am basing my play off of a preset character and the only other realistic ability my character had was way more powerful than even the Copycat skill without any debuffs and the skill is actually less realistic then the copy ability. I just won't play this roleplay.)

-slowly opens the fence door and starts silently walking down the street- "It seems that they are occupied by something. Or someone. Come on guys"

------
After a minute or two of walking the group reaches the pawn shop that Edward spoke of.
Upon entering 2 zombies could be seen. Inside there room were chains, a collection of knives, a hunting rifle, brass knuckles, dog food and a dull shortsword.
-----

throws her pocket knife at a zombie, nailing him right in the head. Hits the other zombie with her bat. "Well... That's taken care of..."

-walks over to the hunting rifle and picks it up. Then he takes one of the knives and the dog food.- " Do you know how to sharpen a sword?"

~takes a knife~ ~finds a weldeing machine~ hmm..... ~begins welding the knife to the end of the baton~
