I would like to start a RolePlay thread with the theme being the Zombie Apocalypse. I also don't have any story clear in mind so someone else can take over the direction the story is going as they please. Talks out of the story should be written in parenthesis (like this). We will start out with 2 or 3 people excluding me. If many other people want to do it then we will insert a way for us to find said character in our story. Now to create your own character you list things like name, backstory, appearance and etc. in the format I wrote below.

Here is what my character profile would look like:
Name: Edward(Your actual name is not required. Just the name you would like others to call you)
Age: 22(vagueness here is allowed. Though a clear age range is needed.)
Profession: Scientist
Backstory: Edward was quite the prodigy when he was young, completing school early allowed him to work among people much older than him. Although he was never the fighter he was great at thinking and has knowledge in almost all forms of science. He was going to a meeting to present his newest discovery with his team when the zombies attacked.
Character Traits: Competitive, distrusting at first, good to his friends, logical
Character Skills and Weaknesses: He is a bad hand to hand fighter, other than a few basic punches and swings with melee weapons he is practically useless without a weapon in a fight. He has also next to no strength as he can't carry anything that is more than half his weight. However he is a great thinker having knowledge in most fields of science and finding the best solution to most problems. Although he is terrible at dealing with recoil he has great aim with guns.
Appearance: He wears a black suit with a navy blue tie. He has wild, black, wind beaten hair that looks like it never touched a comb. He has green eyes And the rest of his face is relatively normal. He almost always wears his round lensed glasses but his vision is not bad without them. His body weight is lower than average.
Now when you create you character try to make it unique and don't give us some generic silent killer guy assassin that nobody knows anything about. Also we do not want a superhuman character who is good at everything. When providing a skill provide a weakness to go along with it. When you provide your profile it has to be approved.
Here I will write the list of people currently in the story, people who are dead or people who are missing. If you are not active for a while then your character will automatically be presumed dead. If the same use wants to continue, a new character must be created.

Here is how the story starts.

It was 3 days since the zombies attacked. The entire populations could not fight their undead neighbours. And therefore they fell and rose as one of them. Over 50 percent of the population was killed within the first day. Now only those who are lucky enough not to be eaten have this town of living corpses to go through. Our survivors banded together, thinking that survival is easier in numbers. After being chased by the flesh eating monsters, our heroes ran into a building where they barricaded the 2 entrances. Panicked, the survivors now must find a way to leave the building
