Sleeping Problems

I have problems which some of you may know, well everyday i sleep 2 hours only and the next day 3 hours i am really trying to sleep more but it won't happen not only that, i sleep during the day my whole night is just being sleepy but unable to sleep. Please suggest me some solutions, i will greatly appreciate it.:smile:

Readjust your sleep clock; don't take naps during the day and try to sleep at night. In any case, you may have to stay up for an entire day or so to set it right.
 
Have you tried adding Melatonin to your diet? Perhaps you could take some. A quick look near the pharmaceutical aisles at stores should provide at least one brand of supplements with Melatonin.
