Secret forces or laser minigun?

For those of you who are in either the level 22-26 division or the 27-31 division like me, tell me, should I be getting the laser minigun or the secret forces rifle? My current primary is the mech heavy rifle and my premium is the smart bullet bazooka up1.

Ok thx for that. Think I'll go with the secret forces rifle, as I like having an explosive
