Prototype extended ammo glitch/bug

This happens to me frequently. after reloading the psr, its ammo capacity doubles.
Why I am reporting this amazing glitch

I dont know why you'd report it. It's not like we have sufficient ammo as it is.

No joke i got it up to 24/0 and collected more amo. So after getting more amo packs,i had 24/24. Yay no reloading anytime soon.
