Maybe the reason why Rilisoft doesnt listen or respond that much is.....

English isn't their mother tounge. I don't know if English is spoken frequently in Russia, or a second language there. Maybe they sometimes have trouble translating English to Russian? I know they obviously translate words to specific languages in the game. But I dont know if someone there actually speaks english fluently, or they use some sort of translator program....app...whatever.

Maybe they have a hard time what a lot of people are saying because....well....some people struggle with it. So you get complaints like these that are soo long they make the worlds longest sentence and por spilling wriking grummer of peple coplaining abot gems haqers unbawlanced op stuff so plz rilisoft fox dis gam.

I know a lot of little kids and people of different languages play this game. But maybe rilisoft has a hard time understanding?
Or maybe they just want to listen to everything but gems, hackers, op weapons, bugs (unless gamebreaking), and exspensive stuff. Ha....

On another note.... I gotta reset my iPad's keyboard because it now replaces grammar with grummer and other random nonsense.
 
I have seen rilisoft reply to ideas and post threads and they reply in English quite fluently. Plus google translate?
 
No the problem has been that when they were listening to the forum members, they had one massive thread asking people for their ideas and would pick the ones that they liked. The problem is that they didn't ask people to vote or see how the rest of the community felt about each idea which created problems when they put some of their ideas into action.

The introduction of jet packs, mechs and turrets was brought up here, Rilisoft then put it in the game even though it hardly got much support. Of course when the criticism started coming it was too late to fix as many people had spent money on these items.

If they had have presented us with a few ideas to vote on, more people would have been able to give their opinion on each new idea and we probably would have had a much better game and Rilisoft would probably still be around to listen.

I'm not saying that this community hasn't given other great ideas, like for example achievements and different killstreaks for different weapons (even the names we gave them were used), sniper-only maps and many more.

Unfortunately though they don't recognise us for some of these things and it seems that they only visit here about once a month whereas it used to be once a day.
