Lost everything items, gold and diamonds

I've been playing this game for more than 3 years and I accumulated a lot of armor and weapons, I also had a lot of stock gold and diamond. But after logging in today everything was gone. The only thing left is my account at level 27 without any guns, armor, gold and diamond. Can anyone explained what happened here? Tried contacting them by email but keeps saying their inbox is full?

I have the same problem everything's I had was gone. My account was synchronized with Google Play Games. But for me my level was gone too.
