I have a question

Nobody really knows. Rili$oft don't really base their updates on a schedule like other companies so it's usually by complete randomness. If you keep and eye on their Facebook page you'll see something soon.

I agreed with Ghost, It's really random, plus it could take forever to get the update. So, you should use FB to keep in update with Rilisoft.
 
So if there will be new weapons, that means that we will get more op weapons? They will not release a new weapon that is low in lethality, nobody wants to spend their money on that, and the only way to get the old players, or players that have the means (don't know how to spell this in english) to spend money, to use more real money, is to upgrade the weapon arsenal with better guns.. I am still a noob (playing for 3 month), but I have spend a lot of money on this game, and there is nothing more I can buy, unless I buy the "bad" guns, and I have right now 2300 coins (earned in game) and 450 gems (bought) and I have nothing to spend them on, and there is probably a lot of others in the same position.. I really regret that I spent money on coins when I started playing the game, so if I should spend more money it could only be on new guns.. But I must say that I do not like the idea of getting more op guns.. It is very difficult for new players to keep up with those players that spends money on the game, so even though I love the game, I think that those who has the possibility to spend real money is those who has the advantage.. The game is not balanced I think, but that is just my personal opinion.
