Hello
I need help about my data on pixelgun i was buyed gems and weapons and so in the time i was deleted and now i downloaded but now i not have my old data,weapons,gems i really need help with that , i was click on the restore purchase . Help please

Did you have Your data sync enabled?
 
If you didn't sync your data before your files got erased, I don't think there's much you can do.
 
I was click restore purchase but i not have my weapons because i was buyed with gems and the gems with my money.

.. how i can get my weapons,armor back , in the lat version i have my weapons but in this version 10.0.9 i was installed the game and i not have my weapons :pensive:

No I'm wanting to freak you out but...we can't do anything. We need a bloody miracle to happen. And what "weapons" did you have?
 
I was waiting @RiliSoft check that , i think he can help me :disappointed:.

Really? I was played my real money for gems to buy weapons and armor and nobody can get me back. :confused:

I was signed on the google play and the game but i press "Sync data" and is not restore my weapons and armor i need @RiliSoft check that but idk if he is online i really need him , i was lost my money.I was buyed in the last version of PG3D and now in this version i not had my data , etc.
 
Really? Can't be refunded and i paid my real miney for the game and cannot give me back , i was waited much time :rage:
