Gem shards

I know Rilisoft how you want gems to be a rare kind of thingy for special thingys, but it is a little crazy how once you get to level 26 it is impossible to get gems exept for the daily reward (which for me I only get the 'daily' reward every 3 days...). My suggestion is to make gem shards. You would get maybe 1 gem shard per win as a minimum. In the shop you can use these to buy a full gem, which would cost 10 shards.
To all the haters that will probably get really mad at me because it is way to small: A full gem per win is, I'll be honest, a bit high. As of right now there is absolutely NO way to get it at level 26, so at least it's something. But if you guys still have suggestions on how to improve this idea, please tell me!
 
Dude 1 gem per win is already very little. All the guns that cost gems cost like 200+ gems and you want to multiply that by 10? 1 win=1gem confirmed.

Well it should be hard to get. They are gems, and they are something that should be really hard to get. If they are too easy to get, then at some point you would have all the guns, and then there is no purpose in the game at all.
