Whats the name and what does it do?

Please do not give me stats or anymore information than name and functionality. Type weapons is primary , backup , melee , premium and special

Example:

3 R rifle - Recycled,Reduce and Reuse gun that can damaging enemies

Knife Shadow Blade - Melee weapon that can throw into enemies

What will I do with the "Punniest Gun"? Who knows?
