Banned for no reason?

So I haven't played pixel gun since the winter summer update thing and I get back on yesterday only to find my account to be blocked from matchmaking..... And I don't hack or anything... My ign is aFreakingcow. I have spent some money on this game, and I would like to enjoy it or I want my money back.

Heh,a lot of people ate complaining about this. If you haven't been playing that much or at all,you've probably been wrongfully banned or some type of dater/butthurt player reported you for killing. I would contact Rilisoft and hope for the best.

I haven't played for quite a while because of some incident and I hope I was forgiven but that's not the problem here. The problem is that I got banned from playing multiplayer except for local . Pls fix this I can't bear no longer to stay like this with no one to play with

My ign now is crusher but if for more info my game centre name is mhkHadi if that helps
