Account Issue!

Hey everybody!

I'm new to the pg3d forums but I'm a veteran player (played over 1 year now). My english is not the best but still I'm trying to explain my issue!
Today I started pg3d and collected my daily reward as always. But later when I wanted to play and started the app again, I was level 1 and had to start all over again. Somehow the amount of coins and gems remained ( i spent about 30 bucks into this game), but my progress is lost.
I play on kindle fire (amazon) and i had never encountered such issue.

As an active and loyal player I'm really sad and hopefully you can give advise on how to recover my account.

EDIT: After tutorial I got all my stuff back, however my friend list is empty, all my score got resetted, ign got resetted.
If anyone encountered similiar problems, please let me know, so we can investigate how could this happened

This has happened to me too, it appears to just happen randomly, usually shortly after an update has been released. It also deletes your skins which is annoying. I'm sorry, but there is no way for me to truly help you.

It's indeed very annoying, since it's also very difficult to recover the friend list. (and skins, but i haven't created custom skins yet)
