STAFF HELP
OK I'M REALLY MAD AT PIXEL GUN STAFF AND OWNERS NOW, I'VE CONTACTED YOU ALL MULTIPLE TIMES FROM YOUR IN GAME EMAIL LINK AND ITS BEEN WEEKS WITHOUT RESPONSE! THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM THOUGH, THIS IS MY PROBLEM:
Back Story:
"When I first got the game a few years ago, I spent around 100 dollars on this game because I thought it was really amazing, but recently due to the customer service, I have been disappointed." I've been a loyal friend and customer for years, remember that please.
I bought the laser mini gun on accident, after the trial expired I realized I didn’t like it at all, so I finally switched to the Judge which is my pride and glory. A few days later I realized I was down a few hundred gems, I looked everywhere in the armory and found two surprises. First of all, the laser mini gun was “bought” and in my armory, then second of all the dragon breath gun was also “bought”. I thought that my friend was the one responsible for both guns because he was the only person with joint access to my Game Center and Apple ID, although the did take responsibility for the dragon breath he said he had no idea about the laser mini gun. My only thought is that I accidentally clicked buy when it’s trial was up. So now I’m here Pissed off at my friend, AND at the game. I would like to have the guns taken out of my armory and get repaid for them, I am not sure if my friend bought the fire breath at half value or not but half off prices back are fine with me as long as I don’t feel totally screwed over by this situation. Also maybe have a 1 day sell back timer so that BS like this doesn’t have to happen again...............
NEW AND IMPROVED EDIT:
I stopped playing the game for about two weeks or so but when I got back on I for some reason had two new sniper class guns and I realized I was once again short HUNDREDS OF GEMS! I didn't ask my friend but for sure it was him who bought them. I REALLY NEED MY GEMS BACK! I don't care what you do, MAKE IT SO I CAN'T BUY GUNS! I DON'T CARE I JUST WANT MY STUFF BACK!!!!!
So the purchases that I want a FULL refund for are:
1. "Sunrise" (185 gems on sale)
2. Astral Bow - Trash for its price (180 gems on sale)
3. Dragon Breath (150 gems on sale)
These are all the fault of my friend.
I also used all these weapons to check if they were bad or not and I discovered that they are not good compared to the one shot.
And the next gun I bought but it was on accident and I would appreciate my gems back but if not I understand.
1. Laser mini gun AND FOR THIS IT WAS FRICKEN (415 gems)!!!!!!!!
So in all that is 920 GEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But I understand if you don't refund the Laser Mini Gun because that was my fault and I won't deny that but I really will be displeased if Pixel Gun can't do the right thing and at least refund the other 505 gems. Please do whats right, I will spend another $100 on other x5 bundles and sales as long as I get those other gems back. I think I'm being more than fair since I have been a loyal customer who has bought maybe even $100 on your game and I'm willing to spend another 100 if you just work with me a bit here, do whats right please.
If that's not enough then look at the fact that I have spent hours to get my gems back that are rightfully mine by writing this instead of an essay I have assigned for school.
Please I am begging you on my knees don't punish me for my friends stupid mistakes. PLEASE!
