#1 RPG game of the year!

The game name is: A Dark Room
So, this game went free this weekend and it's basically a text-based action adventure game. The protagonist has to go through many dark and action filled ordeals that has the possibility of killing him. You have to create a village, create traps to kill and collect animals, collect supplies, and much more! It's pretty much loosely based off of Minecraft and it's idea of crafting and such. This game is basically one of those "stories" in progress. As a final note, this game was one of the top paid apps in the top apps chart in the App Store at one point. Even better reason for you to get it. Here's a few screenshots:

Looks to bland in my opinion, text-based games have never been a huge hit with me. I like reading, and I like playing games, but there is such a thing as "too much of a good thing". :tongueout:

Probably won't try it anytime soon. If you have any good mech shooters/shooters for low-end devices to recommend though, I'l be happy to check them out!

I just built my first hut. It's pretty good so far, but I have a question. Do I need to keep adding wood to the fire, or is that just when i want to save?

The reason why the room gets darker is because it's like a reminder that's telling you to save. Stoking the fire basically saves the game. If something important happens in the game, stoke the fire.

Oh ok. When I wasn't hunting in the woods or gather wood, I would just repeatedly hit the stoke fire button for a good two minutes
