The switch: This version (old) or the new version?

Coming back after a few months, maybe a year or two, I have noticed via a friend that things have changed. I however cannot find which version I have, so please help me on this one.
Anyways here is my gear:
Weapons:
Marksman UP1
Crystal Laser Cannon
Predator
Automatic Peacemaker
Steam Power
(That green pistol with a green dot sight that shoots quite fast, forgot name) UP 2 (Full upgrade)
Flower Power
Steam Revolver
Fire Demon
Prototype UP1
Guerilla Rifle UP1
Armageddon
Apocalypse UP1
Firestorm
Armor:
Ruby Helmet UP2
Crystal Armor UP2
Ninja Boots (Double jump only, not exact name)
Custom Skin (Editor)
Custom Cape (Editor)
Currency/Stats/etc:
102 coins
185 gems
Level 23
12/500 EXP
Other:
30% Sale on almost every weapon, plus the 3x more gems/coins IAP deal
Now the questions are: If I transfer to the new version...
What am I losing?
What am I gaining?
Should I grind in the old version first? If so, what should I grind on/for?
I have some (real) money to burn. What should I buy and when?
What should I buy beforehand?
Anything else?

[Now here is the info on my version: A bunch of weapons are available, including the "premium" ones (Rentals just got wiped out, like the LMG, Rocket launcher and the railgun pistol), premium maps just got wiped out, only two modes from adventure menu (Arena and Campaign), and the premium weapons varied from 20-25-ish efficiency. Any more info available upon request, or you could show me where the version number is :smile:]
 
You're not going to lose anything if you update,unless you have a weapon that got removed,then you'll get refunded.But if for some reason you'll have to re-install the game,I think you might lose your coins/gems/skins.I'd update the game if I was you,but prepare to enter a game full of spamming/pay2winning (more than before)

A mining/construction site with a yellow large mining truck one the left and a yellow crane vehicle (forgot the name) on the right. A pickaxe can be seen on the right and there appears to be a cave entrance further back. Blue sky, white clouds, rocky, blocky, mountains.

What kind of refunds would I expect? Exact or reduced?
For example, I buy the [Exclusive Eyes-Only Rarity Doge Gun] for [100] coins. How much should I get back? What if for 100 diamonds? Upgrades?

You'll get exactly what you spent, upgrades count.

It's full of OP Area Damage spamming...;-; Also, Helmets were removed and your health increases for free as you level up.It's up to you when it comes to loadout, but this is the one I use D ead Star, Laser Bouncer, Fire Demon, Dark Matter generator, Crystal Laser Cannon and Prototype UP2.Oh, and Prototypes are not one- shot one- kills on full armored players anymore, even if it is a headshot.
