All of my many bugs on Pixel Gun 3d. Help would be appreciated.

For Christmas and other holidays, many pixel gun players will consider buying guns with gems. I want to spend some money on gems. But, I do not feel like it would be a worth investment because my pixel gun account is infested with obnoxious bugs that constantly annoy me, and as a result, deter me from playing enough to make me want premium weapons. Online, I have met many players who have the same bugs as me and are frustrated with the game. Some of my friends have already quit because of these issues.

As a company, it is not only rilisofts' responsibility to fix bugs as soon as possible, but also make sure that all players are satisfied with the quality of the game. It is also a companies responsibility to read emails and respond with appropriate help. Unfortunately, I must admit I am quite disappointed with the quality of service I am receiving from rilisoft. In Fact, all emails I send, I never get a reply back. I have taken out my time to report bugs I would like to be fixed not only for myself, but for the frustrated population of players who's accounts are plagued with bugs that make them feel as though their accounts are inferior. After never getting any responses, and my problems never solved, it becomes clear to me that I am either being ignored, or overlooked. Is this fair? Of course it isn't! Here is a list of bugs that I Would like to be fixed:

-Invisible Leaderboard: Blank Leaderboard that shows nothing.

-Invisible Clan Leaderboard: Similar to the blank top players leaderboard. Nothing is shown, just a blank spot where names should be.

-No daily bonus: I get a message that tells me to collect my daily bonus, but I never get anything.

-Defective Friends system: Friends request that I send never go through, and requests people never send to me are also somehow deleted. This is one of the most frustrating bugs in the game.

-Defective Clans system: Clan invites never go through to me. One other very frustrating aspect of the game.

-Equip Armor: Even though my armor is equipped, it shows the equip button, and if I ever press this equipped button, it will automatically revert to the weakest armor. This makes it so I can never take my armor off. The most annoying glitch on my account by far. This is also another common glitch that I hear from players online.

-Infinite Upgrade Armor: even though my armor is fully upgraded to Ruby, it says I can still upgrade it, but when I do, it does nothing.

Details:
I have never hacked the game or gotten banned.

I have an iPad 4 on IOS.

I am on the most recent update.

I have had the friends glitch shortly after the friends update, my system was working fine, until my game was lagging, so I decided to delete all of my friends in hopes of minimizing the lag. After this, this is when the glitch started. Before this, I had a glitch that displayed all of my requests as the level 13 symbol from previous updates.

I have had the armor glitches since the update where you could upgrade your armor from wood.

Rilisoft's team of 23 people (including Pixel Artists, Music Creators, and miscellaneous visual programmers) should have a bit of decency to fix all these technical bugs in this game. After all, all these updates for more than 30 different types of Android, iOS, Windows, and other electronical devices (such as the iPhones, iPads, Nexuses, and commercial Smart phones from AT&T, Samsung, Verizon) should be done with the utmost haste and importance.
And with the situation of email replies, I could never agree with you more. I mean, with over a million total users of their product, you would think that they would reply to every single bug reports sent by people instead of just taking the information in. So Rilisoft is located in Russia and have to constantly find translations for their reports from other countries, I say that they should be responsible for paying for more personnel to read all those reports, along with those in-game reports of users and suggestions. Considering that their app is free and gets it's revenue from only coin and gem purchases (no ads, by the way), you would think that they'd have much more money on hand.

Let us clarify this. We have a very troubled email system, and sometimes the letters just go outta control :smile: If you want to repport smth immediately, it's better to contact us through facebook.

Now the second thing. We can tell you that we've been working hard on fixing that friends/clan list bug, and for the unknown reasons it keeps popping up from time to time. We can assure you that we're aware of these problems and keep on looking for the solution which we hope is to be found very soon

Thank you for listening to my message regarding several glitches, and I hope to see some of these issues resolved. I also want you to know that I like the new update, and to congratulate you all on a job well done. One recommendation though: the mechs and turrets cost too many gems for what they are worth, and as a player who has spent money on the game, I would never use that many gems on expendable gear such as that. So, I would suggest adding in a KillStreak system, where players get 1 item for a set number of kills. Other popular games have done this, and I think it would be more fun if more players could use the new gear. Premium currency would buy stronger versions. That way, rilisoft could have more gear being used in game to make the variety of situations a player encounters more diverse, yet still have an option for those who really want to spend money on premium gear. Wow, what a great help to me that incredibly kind and thoughtful comment was. I think it's just wonderful how you try to resolve my issues, and even give me a link to a website I have contacted only 400 or so times in search of at least one reply! Maybe your right, it's totally stupid to expect at least one reply from the scores of messages sent to rilisoft! It's totally reasonable to wait 5 months for a single message resolving or at least explaining my glitches or if anyone knows about them! It really is so very ignorant of me to expect major glitches to be resolved in one of the next updates, becuase that would frankly not make sense at all. Maybe I should be just like you Chaotix, and expect less from a large and popular game. After all, you know all the answers and are so wise and helpful. Do not get the wrong idea, I would never be sarcastic towards someone of your calibre! Your speech truely inspired me and your golden personality makes me want to become a better person, though I will never become as great as you! It was wrong of me to look for answers to my questions, so I apologize to your highness for being so unreasonable. Have a great life, I'm sure you will be adored by the gods themselves. Wait, that's not true, becuase you are one to begin with!

Chaotix was trying to help you,he even gave you a link so u could let Rilisoft know.I have had the same problem with the clan/friends list not working and I have sent emails to Rilisoft about it,Am I a lil irritated that they don't respond back?Yes a lil bit.But can u plz be a bit more polite?

Shh. Don't worry. We're just a couple of buddies having fun with each other, that's all. We merely joke now, but in reality, we're the best of buddies. For instance, we play Pixel Gun together all the time. That's just how cool we are.(・∀・)

Ive been having the same issue. I never hacked, or got banned. But pg3d say I'm offline when I'm online and the only thing I can do is play online matches. I can't join friends, add friends, join clans, or anything else. Pls help
