Hi everyone, I'm Alex, I've been playing PixelGun for over a year already, and today I want to talk about this games major isssues that its never even tried to fix.
Admit that Rilisoft is impossible to contact, right? Reporting hackers is impossible, getting help is impossible, and righting a complaint is just too far beyond your hopes.
PixelGun has never had great service. They let you play a game, but when you need something, they will never do anything.
And when you purchase something, it doesn't ask you if you actually wanted to do that, it just purchases the damn thing and it's the end of it.
Just today I've accidentally bought a road costing me 150 gems (90 of which I had just purchased in the Champion deal).
We need to get these people's attention, especially on how to get the money back.
They don't have any terms and conditions for you to accept when you apart playing, so I think it might be possible to sue Rilisoft for theft (you pay them for something, that they then take, there IS NO CONFIRMATION).
So let's stand up to the worst service in the world (you can at least contact Roblox) and if we can't get anything, all of us that have lost money to them will just file a lawsuit.
