Ghost Lantern users try to replace their melee by using it at very close ranges. Also, snipers can be easy to dodge if you can play your enemy. Use the tabi or the berserk boots to further outmaneuver your enemy and potentially counter-snipe. It wouldn't do good if the sniper is directly above...
