Sorry pal it's no use. You could submit 1000 support tickets on their website and you wouldn't receive a single response. Rilisoft already got your money, they don't care if you got the proper amount of gems or not. It sucks but that's the way it is I guess.
I threw money at them during the sale, but my game crashed and I only got the non sale amount of gems. I've tried everything in my power to get the proper amount of gems but Rilisoft hasn't replied to any of my cries for help. I think Rilisoft is happy where they are right now. Ripping people...

I disagree. It's true that you should never use coins on guns (only gems), but coins are super useful because you can upgrade your armor with them. With this current sale I've spent about $5 dollars on coins, and that combined with the coins I've earned in game have gotten me the Gold Up 2...
This is an absoulute joke. I've tried submitting multiple support tickets and I've tried asking their Twitter account for support, and I've received nothing in return.
NEVER BUY IAP'S FROM THIS CORRUPT COMPANY!!! I know from looking around online that I'm not the only one that has been...
I went on the pixelgun website and clicked the email feedback button. Hopefully they reply and help us out. If not I'll be pretty disappointed in the developers.
I finally caved and decided to buy the 144 gems for 5 bucks, but as I completed the transaction my game crashed, and when I reopened it I was only given the original amount of 48 gems. Not the sale price of 144 gems. What do I do? Did I just waste 5 bucks on a meager amount of gems or is there a...
