Ghost Lantern is an effective one-shot kill weapon for playing with the upper-echelon of players.

I would say go for the Ghost Lantern as a back up win condition. I've read your loadout updates and that should be fine. The Bastion is indeed helpful but is not definitive because of its ineffective two-shot kill rate.
