I can't get my ID. But, I have a friend on pixel gun that isn't able to recover his things either. But, I have his ID. Is there a way to find friend list of an account?

So I haven't played pixel gun 3d for a long time (and by long, i mean when flag capture was first introduced) and all my data is lost. I use the same game center account I used back then, same facebook account. I tried "Restore Purchases". Nothing is happening. Help would be very much appreciated.
